Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within INDIA. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10-14  business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If we do offer international shipping, please note that additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply to orders shipped outside of INDIA. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary from country to country.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery when placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Green Kraft Paper Works is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
